Your core responsibilities will include:
- Promote our company and our products by providing high level presentations
- Interacting constantly with guests by highlighting our history, culture, company and products
- Participating enthusiastically in trainings and meetings
- Seeking feedback from management and coworkers to improve your performance
- Maintaining company standards with pride
- Growing in your Aruba Aloe knowledge and helping others grow around you
Required:
- Ability to give dynamic and interactive presentations
- Service oriented
- Ability to actively highlight Aruba’s history, culture, our company and our products
- Ability to learn Aruba Aloe product knowledge and apply it during presentations
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
- Some experience with tours in the tourism industry
- Able to work flexible hours, including Sundays and Holidays
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- VMBO or MBO/Associate degree
